Oversee, Manage, Supervise, Operation & Maintenance, Coordination, Verify &
Inspection for HVAC Equipment’s (Central , VRV / NVRV), Piping, Valves,
Ducting, Insulation, Al cladding and Accessories etc. same as per Approved shop
dwg. & Technical specification.
 Executed VRV/NVRV, Water/Air Cooled Chiller, AHU (VRF-DX Cooling Coil
& CHW Pipe), VAV, TFA & HRU units.
 Co-ordinate with related departments such as Civil, Architectural, Electrical, etc.,
to avoid any clashes between system and other departments.
 Perform Cooling/Heating, Ventilation & Exhaust load calculations as per
ASHRAE, SMACNA STDs. Psychrometric analyses, Pipe/Duct sizing & HVAC Equipment’s selections as per
project requirements.
 Prepare Cost Estimates for the competitive bid projects.
 Acquire quotes from approved vendors.
 Fabrication of ducting / copper piping / insulation as per Ashrae & Smacna stds.
 Brazing, Bending & N2 pressure testing for copper pipes.
 Refrigerant charging as per equipment specification & compressor capacities.
 Fixing of grills / diffusers / dampers & balancing of air (cfm) works for AHU,
VRV & Non VRV ductable units.
