• Conduct analytical tests on spirit samples such as ester count and the strength of the spirit through titration methods.
• Conduct analytical tests on molasses samples such as density and brix.
• Carry out all waste management and fertigation activities to ensure compliance and plant productivity are maintained.
• Assist with the overall spirits distillation process from raw material through to shipping.
• Collaborate with the Distillery Engineer, Production Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure optimal reliability of plant equipment.

• Execution of auditing on student living spaces to enhance student living experiences. Including but no limited to; repairing/replacing damaged furniture, repainting of rooms and repairing/replacing electrical fixtures.

Providing high level software troubleshooting skills to customers.
Scheduling appointments for hardware related repairs for  devices.
